14-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window for all our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Product Analyzer Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request to our support team within 14 days of the transaction date. Techvel Solutions reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the service.
2. Digital Content Exception
In accordance with consumer law and Paddle's (our Merchant of Record) terms, you acknowledge that for digital content which is immediately made available, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the download or applicable transmission of the digital content has begun and the service has been substantially utilized.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of your subscription cycle unless requested within the initial 14-day window.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@techvelsolutions.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed through Paddle using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
